Eastridge High School is an American public secondary school located in Irondequoit, New York. Its current principal is Mary Grow. The School is an IB (International Baccalaureate) world school. It also offers Honors and AP classes.

As of 2004, new requirements have been set for the number of credits needed in order to graduate and receive diplomas, and also for the number of credits required for students to pass their grade level.

Local Diploma

According to the 2009–2010 Program of Studies[2], the credits needed for a student to receive their Local Diploma are as follow:

Students also must minimally earn 65% on at least two of the five required exams:

Regents Diploma

Regents Diploma With Advanced Designation

According to the 2008–2009 Program of Studies, the credits needed for a student to receive their Regents Diploma With Advanced Designation are as follow:

(Students may substitute the LOTE credits with a 5-unit concentration in Art, Business, Occupational Education, Technology, or Music.)

Students must also earn 65% on their exams. Students who have entered the 9th grade from 2005–2008 will have different requirements for the exams they must pass.

East Irondequoit Lancer Marching Band

The East Irondequoit Lancer band has won six state championships over 25 years in the New York State Field Band Conference.[3]

EHS Musicals

Eastridge Musicals were recognized by the Rochester Broadway Theater League's Stars of Tomorrow awards in 2006 for their show Crazy For You, which received seven nominations, including "Outstanding Musical", and one win. In 2007, Thoroughly Modern Millie received six nominations (2 wins), including "Outstanding Musical" and the 2008 musical Grease received five points of recognition, including "Outstanding Musical".[4] The 2009 musical was The Wiz and the 2010 musical was Annie, the 2011 musical was The Music Man
