Eastridge High School is an American public secondary school located in Irondequoit, New York. Its current principal is Mary Grow. The School is an IB (International Baccalaureate) world school. It also offers Honors and AP classes.

According to the 2008–2009 Program of Studies, the credits needed for a student to pass their grade level are as follow:

As of 2004, new requirements have been set for the number of credits needed in order to graduate and receive diplomas, and also for the number of credits required for students to pass their grade level.

Students must also earn 65% on their exams. Students who have entered the 9th grade from 2005–2008 will have different requirements for the exams they must pass.

The East Irondequoit Lancer band has won six state championships over 25 years in the New York State Field Band Conference.[3]
Eastridge Musicals were recognized by the Rochester Broadway Theater League's Stars of Tomorrow awards in 2006 for their show Crazy For You, which received seven nominations, including "Outstanding Musical", and one win. In 2007, Thoroughly Modern Millie received six nominations (2 wins), including "Outstanding Musical" and the 2008 musical Grease received five points of recognition, including "Outstanding Musical".[4] The 2009 musical was The Wiz and the 2010 musical was Annie, the 2011 musical was The Music Man
